Gonaïves : Terrible Accident

Antoine Michon, French Ambassador to Haiti, visited the Irrigation Support Project (PAIS) in the Les Cayes and Aquin region. Funded by France through the French Development Agency (AFD) to the tune of €13 million, this project is rehabilitating or building more than 15 km of irrigation canals across 1,500 hectares.
