Haiti - Politic : A governmental plan is a good thing according to Himmler Rébu

Yesterday the former colonel Himmler Rébu, leader of the Grand Rally for the Evolution of Haiti (GREH), reacted to the statements made last Friday by the Prime Minister, Dr. Garry Conille pretending that this week his government would present its roadmap for the next 12 months "...I'm not aware, absolutely not, but if there are people working on plans for Haiti, including the issue of the economy is a good thing. Remains to be seen what are these plans, what is the overall strategic line, what are the perceptions of success of these plans."
Former Colonel Rébu stresses, however, that there is an anomaly "It is first an anomaly that a government works, starts working without a plan [...] what's a plan ? It is the transformation of an objective, an ideal, a dream... Now it is from there that we can initiate a governmental action" stating that "now, if the Prime Minister intends to work on a plan, to make public a plan, that we may have our opinion, perhaps bring our touch and help the government team to do better, I think it's a good thing," noting also that the GREH was not consulted for this plan.
