Me Lionel Constant Bourgoin the new government commissioner declared yesterday that a cooperative work will be more necessary that of subordination, that the prosecution will direct and control the action of the judicial police and will be at the heart of the investigations.

"...normally between the police and the prosecutors who are also officers of judicial police, the justices of the peace and other actors of the criminal justice which are sometimes specialized players such as Central Financial Intelligence Unit (UCREF), the Office of Economic and Financial Affairs (BaFe), the Unit for Combating Corruption (ULCC), a cooperative work willm be more necessary that of subordination in order to arrive to make good records to allow each player to properly fulfill their role [...] we are all in bad situation compared to the bandit, that said will take steps to organize the prosecution and this organization will be done in consultation and in constant adaptation in relation to the problems of the moment, in relation to the malfunction..."

Me Lionel Constant Bourgoin recalls that as "...the Government Commissioner I am the head of the Judicial Police, the Code of Criminal Procedure that involved me with certain powers and prerogatives to ensure public order and enforces laws. I will have with my collaborators at the level of the police, especially the judicial police, at that time to create the cases/records the prosecution will be at the heart of the investigation, the prosecution will direct and control the action of the judicial police so that we can lead effectively to a public action proper, efficient and respectful of individual liberties [...] we have a responsibility that the investigations are successful and that the records are well prepared to achieve a fair trial...
