Haiti - FLASH : 60 scholarships for Morocco, registrations open

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs informs that the Government of the Kingdom of Morocco is offering sixty (60) scholarships to Haitians wishing to pursue their university studies in Morocco starting in the 2025-2026 academic year.

Requirements :

• Be under 23 years of age;

• Have completed secondary education in 2024 with a minimum average of 6.00/10;

• Have a legalized birth certificate;

• Have a legalized high school diploma and transcripts;

• Have a medical certificate issued by the public health services;

• Have a final year school report;

• Be of Haitian nationality and hold a valid passport;

• Have a recent clean criminal record;

• Have a recent passport photo.

Note : Successful applicants must legalize all their documents before departing for Morocco.

Applications will be accepted online at : https://mae.gouv.ht/bourses-detude/

Application deadline : Tuesday, July 15, 2025.

The exams will take place on Saturday, July 19, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., and for the first time, they will be held simultaneously in the capital, Port-au-Prince, as well as in Cap-Haitien, Les Cayes, and Miragôane for the provincial cities.
