Haiti - U-17 World Cup Qatar 2025 : Intensive preparation program

On Wednesday, July 16, 2025, the technical team and a group of players from the U-17 men's national team began the first phase of preparation for the FIFA U-17 World Cup Qatar 2025, which will be Haiti's third appearance in the competition, following those in 2007 and 2019.

As the World Cup, scheduled for November 3-27, 2025, in Qatar, approaches, the Haitian Football Federation (FHF) is implementing an intensive preparation program designed to enable the Grenadiers national team to proudly defend its colors on the world stage. This is Haiti's third appearance in this competition, following those in 2007 and 2019.

Haiti (July 15 – August 20) :

Work begins on national territory with a training camp of 26 players in Port-au-Prince, before expanding to the Grand Sud region and concluding in Cap-Haitien. The program includes intensive training sessions, team-building sessions, and preparatory matches against local teams to lay the foundations for the team.

Jamaica (August 31 – September 14) :

A regional camp in Jamaica aims to strengthen the team's skills by pitting the young Grenadiers against Caribbean U-17 teams in a competitive environment. This is an ideal transition before the European stage.

Spain (September 15 – October 31) :

Final phase of preparation in Spain. For six weeks, the Grenadiers will be immersed in a high-level professional environment, punctuated by quality international friendly matches. This time spent in Europe will allow the coaching staff to fine-tune their strategies and prepare the players for the demands of high-level competition.

Haiti will then head to Qatar on October 31st, with the goal of arriving in the best possible conditions four days before their first match.

Coach Eddy César, supported by the national coaching staff, thus has the necessary resources to prepare seriously and ambitiously for this new global adventure.

Placed in Group E, our Young Grenadiers will face three tough opponents: Egypt, England, and Venezuela.

Coach Eddy César's team will have the difficult and exciting responsibility of leading this talented generation to new heights.

Haiti Match Schedule :

November 4, 2025:

Haiti vs. Egypt

November 7, 2025:

England vs. Haiti

November 10, 2025:

Venezuela vs. Haiti
