USA : Court Denies Boulos' Bail

On Thursday, July 31, 2025, during Pierre Reginald Boulos's appearance at the ICE detention center in Miami, Federal Judge Jorge Pereira denied the bail request filed by Boulos's attorneys. The Magistrate ruled that he will remain in custody at the Krome North facility, stating that the conditions for pretrial release are not met. Boulos' attorneys from the firm Candela, Eig & Jurgens indicated that they intend to appeal the decision denying him bail. Judge Pereira announced that a new hearing will be held on August 26, which is expected to focus on procedural issues.
