Haiti - FLASH : Results of 9th AF exams for 8 departments (2025) 30/08/2025 06:19:41
The Ministry of National Education has published the pass rates for the 9th Year Fundamental (A.F.) exams in 2025 for eight departments : North, West, Northeast, Artibonite, South, Grande-Anse, Northwest and Nippes. According to figures provided by the National State Examinations Office (BUNEXE), the pass rates for the eight departments in 2025 are mostly higher than in 2024, with the exception of Nippes and Northwestern. Results according to BUNEXE : North : Out of a total of 18,491 participants, 17,852 were admitted, representing a pass rate of 96.54% (a sharp increase to 90% in 2024); West : out of a total of 69,160 participants, 65,810 are admitted, representing a success rate of 95.16% (a sharp increase to 89% in 2024); Grand'Anse : out of a total of 7,662 participants, 7,182 are admitted, representing a success rate of 93.74% (a sharp increase to 73% in 2024). South : out of a total of 13,686 participants, 12,485 are admitted, representing a success rate of 91.22% (a sharp increase to 75% in 2024). Northeast : out of a total of 7,891 participants, 6,893 are admitted, representing a success rate of 87.35% (a sharp increase to 84% in 2024). ; Artibonite : out of a total of 23,189 participants, 19,944 were admitted, representing a success rate of 86.01% (up 83% in 2024); Nippes : out of a total of 8,623 participants, 6,251 were admitted, representing a success rate of 72.49% (a slight decrease to 75% in 2024); Northwest : out of a total of 10,776 participants, 5,840 were admitted, representing a success rate of 54.19% (a very sharp decrease to 81% in 2024); The results of the 2025 9th Fundamental Yeat Examinations for the Southeast and Center will be published shortly, the Ministry informs.
