Recycling Cooperation with Spain

During a visit to the "Yainfe Reciclyn" Recycling Center in Madrid, Spain, Stevens Gregor Gabriel, Director of the Maritime, Air, and Hotel Assistance School (EAMAH), led a Haitian delegation composed of representatives from the Invictus European Students Services Foundation, the Academy of Applied Linguistics (ALA), and the Cap-Haïtien City Hall. Cap-Haitien : Motorcycle Reminder

The Municipal Administration of Cap-Haitien reminds all owners and drivers of three-wheeled motorcycles that the municipal decree of January 4th, 2021, prohibits the public circulation of three-wheeled motorcycles in the city center. Any three-wheeled motorcycle intercepted by law enforcement and municipal security officers in these areas will be subject to the penalties set out in Article 6 of the municipal decree of January 4th, 2021. Motorcycles will be seized and a fine will be paid. Furthermore, the Municipal Administration reminds all two-wheeled motorcycles that parking in front of financial or public institutions is prohibited. The Municipal Administration counts on the understanding and cooperation of all motorcycle owners and drivers.
