The Office of the Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs of the State University of Haiti (UEH) informs the general public and applicants in particular that registration for the competitive entrance examination for the recruitment of a new class for the Master's in Criminal Law and Criminal Sciences and Master's in Business Law programs will be held from September 15 to October 10, 2025.

A. REQUIREMENTS :

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Law or its equivalent;

• Pay the registration fee of 8,000 (eight thousand) Gourdes;

• Hold a Unique National Identification Number (NINU).

B. STEPS :

1. First, pay the 8,000 (eight thousand) Gourdes (GBP) fee at any SOGEBANK branch to the UEH/ADMISSION APPLICATION account number: 706054558;

2. Complete the online form at https://admission.ueh.edu.ht (Online registration is mandatory). Enter the number and upload the payment slip when registering online;

3. Specify Master's in Criminal Law and Criminal Sciences or Master's in Business Law;

4. Specify weekdays or weekends;

5. Print the online registration form;

6. Report to the Lycée National de Pétion-ville office located at 10, rue Ogé, in Pétion-ville, between September 22 and October 16, 2025 to have your registration validated.

C. CONDITIONS :

• Two (2) identical, recent (maximum 6 months old), passport-sized photos (write on the back of each photo: last name, first name, telephone number, NINU);

• Registration form;

• Identity document (National Identification Card);

• Document proving that the applicant has paid the registration fee;

• Bachelor's degree (original and copy) or certificate of bachelor's degree if not a bachelor's degree;

• Transcripts of records from undergraduate years;

• A cover letter;

• A recent curriculum vitae;

• A letter of recommendation.

D. PROGRAM ADMISSION :

To be admitted to the program, applicants must:

1. See a complete application;

2. Accept the program regulations.
