Gaillot Dorsinvil, the President of the Provisional Electoral Council (CEP), went Monday morning, to his office meet the staff. It is the third time that the President of the CEP returns [without being worried] to his office since he is the subject of a warrant of the Haitian justice, on charges of bribery, extortion and conspiracy.

Gaillot Dorsinvil indicated that a request for cancellation of the warrant issued by the Prosecutor of Port-au-Prince had been sent by Me Reynold Georges, his lawyer. According Dorsinvil, the prosecution is about to respond favorably to this request. Recall that Me Reynold Georges, had already confirmed at the end of October, that the warrant was canceled... a statement probably premature...
