Haiti - Telecommunications : NATCOM celebrates its 14th anniversary

As part of the 14th anniversary of its service launch, the telecommunications company NATCOM expresses pride in its role in providing digital access to millions of people in Haiti.

According to Natcom, since its inauguration, the company has achieved national coverage of over 90%, provided internet to remote areas, and laid the foundations for 5G. It provides digital infrastructure to public administrations, businesses and citizens; operates data centers and cloud services; and developed Natcash, which serves over 2 million users.

By adopting Electronic Know Your Customer (eKYC) biometrics, an automated digital customer identity verification process, AI, and Big Data, Natcom ensures reliable network management and customer-centric services.

Guided by the philosophy of "Corporate Social Responsibility" Natcom has supported schools, the COVID-19 response, and launched the Natcom Fund for Education and Health. It is one of Haiti's largest taxpayers and generates hundreds of thousands of direct and indirect jobs.
