Thanks to this new initiative, the result of the Minister's vision, obtaining a police certificate will be simplified for Haitians in the diaspora. The MHAVE recognizes the suffering and difficulties encountered by many citizens in obtaining these important documents. Therefore, the Ministry renews its commitment to continuing its work in the interest of all Haitians living abroad.

Police Commissioner Harold Barreau, of the Central Directorate of the Judicial Police (DCPJ), is responsible for leading this new office specifically designed for the diaspora.

The MHAVE is convinced that the diaspora deserves to benefit from quality services, without any hindrance. The Ministry is committed to continuing to provide concrete solutions to make life easier for all Haitians in the diaspora.
