At the 60th session of the Human Rights Council in Geneva (Switzerland, September 8 - October 8, 2025), Ambassador Ann-Kathryne Lassègue, Permanent Representative of Haiti to the United Nations and other International Organizations, spoke during the interactive dialogue devoted to the update on Haiti, presented by Volker Türk, United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, with the participation of Independent Expert William O'Neill.

She highlighted the Haitian Government's efforts to restore security, strengthen response mechanisms, and ensure humanitarian coordination with the United Nations and international partners.
