Haiti - 2026 World Cup Qualification : D-Day, Haiti vs Nicaragua
For their third match of six in the 2026 World Cup Qualifying Finals, our senior Grenadiers will face the "Nicas" of Nicaragua at 8:00 a.m. (Haiti time) on the field of the National Stadium in Managua.

According to the Confederation of North, Central American, and Caribbean Nations (CONCACAF) Champions League, this is the 10th meeting between these two countries, with a very positive record for the Grenadiers (6 wins) compared to one for Nicaragua (15 goals scored and 9 goals conceded).

The penultimate match between our Grenadiers and the "Nicas" was won by Haiti [2-0] in the group stage of the Gold Cup. The final World Cup qualifying match also ended in a victory for the Grenadiers [1-0] on June 8, 2021.

Last minute : According to information from the Haitian Football Federation's communications unit, Yassine Fortuné, injured, has withdrawn, while Fabrice Picault, for undisclosed reasons, did not make the trip to Managua. Lambèse has been called up as reinforcements and is expected to join the group on Wednesday night... to complete the list of twenty-three Grenadiers players selected for the match against Nicaragua.
