The Office of Communication of the Presidency informs that by decree dated Thursday, December 29, 2011, the decree of October 16, 2009 appointing the members of the Provisional Electoral Council (CEP) is and remains reported in other words, all members of the CEP chaired by Gaillot Dorsainvil are revoked pending the establishment of a new Permanent Electoral Council after the publication of the amended Constitution.

Therefore, the former members of the CEP are invited to to hand over to the Directorate General of the electoral institution, all goods of the state still in their possession.
