HOPE-HELP Act : The White House writes to Congress

On Monday, on a radio station in the capital, James Monazard, Secretary of Commerce and Industry confirmed that the White House has officially written to the U.S. Congress to express its support for the renewal of the Haitian Hemispheric Opportunity Through Partnership for Encouragement (HOPE) Act and the extension of the Haiti Economic Lift Program (HELP) Act.

France : €2 Million Donation for Deportees

The French Embassy in Haiti is providing €2 million to the International Organization for Migration (IOM) to support the reintegration of deported Haitians. This support covers border assistance, food aid, access to healthcare, and the creation of income-generating activities.
