Strong attacks with Kamikaze Drones
On Sunday, November 2nd, 2025, in the Simon Pelé and Village Solidarité neighborhoods, a major police operation involving several elite units—SWAT, the Anti-Gang Tactical Unit (UTAG), and the Departmental Unit for Maintaining Order (UDMO)—launched an assault against a gang led by a man known as "Jouma". Kamikaze drones were reportedly used to neutralize fortified terrorist positions. Law enforcement officers are said to have cleared several strategic routes connecting Cité Militaire to Simon Pelé. No official casualty figures have been released, but according to various preliminary reports, numerous gang members were killed during the intense exchange of fire with law enforcement, and there were also civilian casualties. Kamikaze drones were also reportedly used against the gang's fortified positions.

Voodoo : Gede Celebration
This Sunday, November 2nd, 2025, Voodoo practitioners, faithful to their ancestral traditions, gathered to honor and strengthen the sacred bond between the living and the dead through the celebration of "Gede", a ritual festival deeply rooted in Haitian culture, marked by songs, offerings, and the invocation of "Gede" (the spirits of death) for their protection.
