BRH : Electronic Payment Pilot Project The Board of Directors of the Bank of the Republic of Haiti (BRH), along with the Bank's technical teams, held a series of consultations this week with authorized Electronic Payment Service Providers (EPS). These meetings are part of the electronic payment pilot project that the BRH will launch soon. These discussions provided an opportunity to exchange views on the operational capacity of the FSP (Financial Security Funds) to support economic actors in general, and those in the informal sector in particular, in using this payment method.

Towards a Call for Projects

The European Union Ambassador to Haiti, Hélène Roos, and the National Authorizing Officer of the EDF (European Development Fund), Charles Jean Jacques, launched the Support Program for Emerging Civil Society Initiatives. Funded by the European Union and implemented under the authority of the National Authorizing Officer's Office, this program is launching a call for projects aimed at civil society organizations in the Global North. 2026 World Cup : Congratulations to the Grenadiers

Gang Repression Force (GSF) :

"The GSF joins the Haitian people in congratulating the Haitian National Football Team, which has proven to the world that, with stability in the country, Haiti possesses immense potential to remain at the top in the sporting arena."

Investment Facilitation Center (CFI) :

The CFI proudly and emotionally applauds the historic qualification of our national football team for the 2026 World Cup. With heads held high, our Grenadiers have earned their ticket to the biggest event in world football ! Like our ancestors in Vertières, our footballers have shown the world that nothing is impossible when a people believes in itself and fights with determination. This qualification is much more than a sporting victory: it is a powerful symbol demonstrating that Haitian talent can triumph on all international stages. May this historic event serve as a catalyst to strengthen and increase investment in sports in Haiti.
