Haiti - FLASH : 4.1 magnitude earthquake off the coast of Môle Saint-Nicolas

On Monday, November 24, 2025, at 2:57:21 PM, an earthquake of magnitude 4.1 on the Richter scale was recorded at sea 40 km northwest of Môle Saint-Nicolas (Northwest Department).

The epicenter was located at 19.99° North latitude and 73.71° West longitude, 40 km northwest of Môle Saint-Nicolas (Northwest Department), 115 km west of Île de la Tortue (Northwest Department), and 124 km northwest of Gonaïves (Artibonite Department), at a depth of 8 km.

No loss of life or damage has been reported so far by the Civil Protection (DPC) in connection with this seismic event.
