Haiti - Reconstruction : Rehabilitation of the main road leading to Cité Soleil
As part of the implementation of Resolution 1927 of the Security Council [June 4, 2010], the nearly 1.260 staff of six engineering contingents of the Minustah, performing across the country various infrastructure projects in support to the Government of Haiti.
In this context, the Japanese engineering company (JAPENGCOY) rehabilitates currently about 900 meters of the main road leading to Cité Soleil, a section of road almost inaccessible to traffic because of its poor condition. The work will be completed by the end of January.
