The Visa Application Center for Brazil (CAVB), managed by IOM in Haiti, informs you that we do not issue visas. We ensure that all your documents are correct so that the Embassy can process your application without any issues. Only the Embassy is authorized to make visa decisions, prints visas, and contacts the applicants.

We are aware that there may be internet connection problems or that some people have lost their phones. Therefore, we encourage those who have submitted their documents to check the months and dates below to see if your visa is available. Please check the date on your receipt to see if it applies to you. We are also continuing to call people on these dates.

Please note that we may not have received all visas for a given date listed below, as the Embassy has not yet finished processing them.

The CAVB informs the public that individuals who were unable to finalize their humanitarian visa (VITEM III) applications in 2024 under Ordinance 38 (appointments in 2024) may schedule an appointment for a later date to follow up and submit their documents.

We would also like to remind individuals applying for family reunification (VITEM 11) who had an appointment scheduled for 2025 but were unable to attend, or who have complaints, that they may also schedule an appointment.

Important : Once we have completed the verification, we will give you a date to submit your documents. Our agents will also conduct an awareness session to guide you through the process.
