Study in Europe : 2026 Call for Proposals
The Erasmus+ Programme has launched its call for proposals for 2026. This European programme offers a range of opportunities for organisations and individuals from third countries. It provides funding for study periods or traineeships abroad, organizes staff exchanges, and supports cooperation projects in the fields of education, training, youth and sport. If you are a student enrolled at a Haitian university, contact your university's international relations office to find out how to study in Europe with the Erasmus+ programme.

Sunrise Airways Cap-Haitien to Fort Lauderdale, Fares
On Monday, December 15, 2025, Sunrise Airways operated its inaugural direct flight from Cap-Haïtien to Fort Lauderdale, Florida, as planned. This route will operate three times a week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday), with one-way tickets starting at approximately US$299 and round-trip tickets starting at approximately US$499. 4th Conference of Haitian Ambassadors
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has convened the 4th Conference of Ambassadors for December 17 and 18, 2025. Under the theme "Haitian Diplomacy Serving National Priorities" this Conference aims to initiate a series of discussions on Haiti's diplomatic direction for the next 25 years. This will also be an opportunity to review the administrative standards for managing diplomatic missions and to improve coordination between the central administration and missions abroad.

Les Cayes : Inauguration of a Children's Center
Inauguration of a Center for vulnerable children in Les Cayes region. This center will offer vulnerable children, as well as those in conflict with the law, a dignified, safe, and caring environment, allowing them to rebuild their lives, learn, play, and grow up with respect for and protection of their rights. Located on over 35 hectares, the site already includes 50 classrooms and has a capacity to accommodate nearly 1,000 children.

Haiti can Buy Weapons and Ammunition from France
