Haiti - NATCOM 2026 : Development of its digital financial ecosystem and cross-border connectivity

Haiti’s mobile phone company, National Telecom S.A. (NATCOM), is entering 2026 with a strategy focused on developing its digital financial ecosystem, strengthening cross-border connectivity, and solidifying its leadership in the Haitian digital economy.

Following a year marked by significant contributions to the national budget and telecommunications infrastructure, NATCOM is continuing its investments in network quality, service coverage, and user-centric digital platforms. The company aims not only to improve national connectivity but also to strengthen financial ties between Haiti and its global diaspora.

At the heart of NATCOM’s 2026 strategy is Natcash, its mobile wallet platform, which plays a vital role in promoting financial inclusion. Natcash allows users to make payments, transfer funds, deposit and withdraw money, and manage their finances securely via their mobile devices. The platform has significantly expanded its international money transfer services through partnerships with CamTransfer and Unitransfer, enabling Haitians abroad to send money to their families quickly, transparently, and reliably.
