Haiti - LHF National Championship : New organizational and disciplinary measures

The Haitian Football League (LHF) informs the public, affiliated clubs, and all stakeholders in national football of the implementation of new organizational and disciplinary measures governing the conduct of National Championship matches.

These measures are part of the League's institutional strengthening and the implementation of a harmonized regulatory framework aimed at ensuring c:

- Strict adherence to the official match protocol;

- The protection and integrity of the officiating body;

- The safety of delegations and the public;

- Uniformity and transparency in the application of sanctions;

- The progressive professionalization of the National Championship.

The new measures include, in particular:

- The rigorous application of the official match countdown;

- A harmonized and progressive disciplinary scale;

- Automatic escalation mechanisms in case of repeat offenses;

- A formal ban on superstitious activities or practices likely to compromise sporting integrity;

- The objective responsibility of clubs for the actions of their players, managers, delegations, and supporters.

The League clarifies that these provisions do not constitute an arbitrary tightening of regulations, but a necessary step toward more structured and coherent governance that conforms to modern football standards. It reiterates that the credibility of a championship rests on discipline, respect for the rules, and equal treatment of all participants.

The professionalization of Haitian football is a collective ambition that requires commitment, rigor, and respect for established rules. The Haitian Football League calls upon all clubs and their supporters to support this evolution in a spirit of collaboration and responsibility.
