The Ministry of Justice and Public Security (MJSP) announces that by decree dated January 4, 2012, a Presidential Commission named "Working Group on the Reform of Justice" was created with a mandate to study and propose appropriate measures for the implementation of the Reform of Justice.

This Commission is composed of :

Me Josué Pierre-Louis, President

Me René Magloire, Vice-president

Me Jean Vandal, Member

Me Sibylle Théard Mevs, Member

President Michel Martelly will receive the members of this Commission, Tuesday, January 17, 2012 at the National Palace.

In addition, the MJSP announces the appointment of Judge Jules Cantave as Vice-President of the Court of Cassation and of Carlo Julmice, to the position of Dean of the Court of First Instance of Grande Rivière du Nord.
