This Monday, April 20, 2026, Sunrise Airways informs its passengers, partners, and the public that due to the deterioration of the security situation in the vicinity of Toussaint Louverture International Airport, Sunrise Airways has suspended all flights to and from Port-au-Prince for the remainder of the day.

The safety of passengers, crew members, and staff remains the airline’s top priority.

Sunrise Airways regrets the inconvenience caused and asks affected passengers to stay in contact by email and/or phone for assistance, rebooking, or additional information. Passengers may also contact their travel agency, if applicable.

The airline continues to monitor the situation in coordination with the relevant authorities and will provide updates as soon as conditions allow for a safe resumption of operations.
