ONA partners with Haitian influencer Ariana Milagro Lafond

On Saturday, May 2nd, 2026, Ms. Lovely François, Director General of the National Old Age Insurance Office (ONA), officially announced her partnership with Haitian influencer Ariana Milagro Lafond (more than 16 million followers on TikTok) during a ceremony.

With this partnership, the ONA is embarking on a new phase of its institutional action: bringing social security, youth, and dynamic modern communication tools closer together.

The ceremony was marked by powerful moments, reflecting a clear commitment to transformation: modernizing the institution's image, strengthening its connection with the population, and forcefully reaffirming its essential mission of guaranteeing a dignified and secure retirement for all Haitian workers.

Through Ariana Milagro Lafond, the ONA recognizes the strength, merit, and influence of an engaged, creative, and change-making generation. She thus becomes a vital link between the institution and a connected, active, and influential generation. But this recognition comes with a clear requirement: to influence is also to guide, uplift, and serve.

Under Lovely François's leadership, this partnership is part of a broader vision: that of a modernized institution, closer to citizens, more accessible, and more committed to social education.

Furthermore, this ceremony was also an opportunity to honor the excellence of Haitian youth and to send a clear message to an entire generation: "We see you, we recognize your talent, and we encourage you to continue excelling in what you do best."

Thus, the ONA reaffirms its fundamental commitments: "to bring the institution closer to youth in a lasting way, to strengthen the culture of social security in Haiti, and to encourage every worker to actively prepare for a dignified and secure future. "Today, a clear message is essential: "Haitian youth are not a challenge to be contained, but a force to be supported, a resource to be valued, and a future to be built together."
