The Vatican has confirmed that the Haitian Prime Minister will be received on May 9, 2026. The program primarily includes participation in a "spiritual mobilization" and a Mass for Peace in Haiti, organized at St. Peter's Basilica, following an invitation from Cardinal Pietro Parolin.

While the visit aims to strengthen diplomatic relations, the official statement does not explicitly confirm a private audience with Pope Francis, but it does confirm a meeting at the highest level of the Vatican hierarchy.

During his stay in Rome, the Prime Minister will hold high-level diplomatic meetings with representatives of international organizations.
