ZED Airlines : Flights from Cap-Haitien to Montreal and back cancelled

In a press release, ZED Airlines informs its passengers and the general public that the Cap-Haïtien - Montreal - Cap-Haitien flight scheduled for Monday, June 8, 2026, has been cancelled.

While all preparations were already underway and the check-in process was about to begin, we received, at the last minute, a communication from the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) imposing new administrative and operational requirements for the flight's arrival in Montreal.

Given the very short notice between receiving this notification and the scheduled departure time, we were unable to immediately meet these new requirements. Consequently, we were forced to cancel the flight until all requests from the relevant authorities have been fully processed.

We wish to clarify that this cancellation is not related to any issues concerning air operator authorizations. The necessary authorizations for operating the flight were in place. The situation relates solely to new administrative and operational requirements issued by the Montreal authorities and the CBSA, and in no way affects the authorizations held by the airline.

We deeply regret the inconvenience caused to our passengers and offer our sincere apologies to all those affected by this situation beyond our control.

Our teams are working actively and in close coordination with the relevant authorities to find a solution as quickly as possible. We also remain fully committed to supporting affected passengers and offering them reasonable solutions aimed at minimizing the impact of this disruption.

We thank our passengers for their understanding, patience, and trust. We will provide further information as soon as a definitive solution has been found and a new operating date can be confirmed.
