Haiti - FLASH : Voter registration begins in the West Department

The Provisional Electoral Council (CEP) announces the start of voter registration in the West Department. For this first phase, registration will take place at 10 Registration and Voting Centers (CIVs) located in the municipalities of Pétion-ville, Delmas and Tabarre.

The official launch will be held on Thursday, July 30, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the National High School in Pétion-ville.

In Pétion-ville : Registration and Voting Centers

• Pétion-ville National High School

• Guatemala National School

• Meyotte National School

• Frères National School

• Benoît Batraville High School in Laboule 13

In Delmas : Registration and Voting Centers

• Horatius Laventure High School

• Antoine and Georges Izmery High School in Petite Place Cazeau

• Silo CASEC Office

In Tabarre : Registration and Voting Centers

• Jean-Marie Vincent High School

• Tabarre National School (Tabarre 25)

The Provisional Electoral Council (CEP) invites citizens, with their valid National Identification Card, to go to the centers indicated above to register on the Electoral Register for the upcoming elections.

The CEP reminds citizens that registration is an essential step to exercising their right to vote and to participating in elections. It therefore invites potential voters who meet the requirements to complete this formality, in accordance with current legal provisions.
