The Provisional Electoral Council (CEP), in accordance with Article 129 of the Electoral Decree of June 2nd, 2026, informs the general public and political actors in particular of the publication of the list of approved political groups. Of the 18 registered groups, 15 have received a favorable opinion from the CEP for the upcoming elections.

The 3 political groups not approved have until Tuesday, August 11, 2026, at 5:00 p.m., to regularize their situation with the CEP. They are :

1 - Platfòm Politik Gras Pou Ayiti, Acronym PPGA, Representative: MARETTE Mike Onel;

2 - Grand Rassemblement National Démocrate, abbreviation GRAND. Representative : THEOPHIN Iswick;

3 - Gwoupman Rasanble, abbreviation RASANBLE. Representative : JOSEPH Innocent.
