The Office of the Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs of the State University of Haiti (UEH) informs the general public, and applicants in particular, that registration for the second cohort of the Master’s Program in Public Policy Analysis (MAPP) at the Faculty of Law and Economic Sciences—for the 2026-2027 academic year is open until October 15, 2026.

REGISTRATION PROCESS :

A. Requirements :

• Hold a bachelor's degree (licence) in Economic Sciences, Administrative Sciences, Engineering, Social Sciences, or a degree deemed equivalent;

• Pay a non-refundable registration fee of five thousand gourdes (5,000.00 HTG);

• Possess a Unique Identification Number (NINU) issued by the National Identification Office (ONI).

B. Steps:l :

• First, pay the fee of five thousand gourdes (5,000.00 HTG) at any SOGEBANK branch into the UEH/ADMISSION REQUEST account, number: 706054558;

• Complete the online form at https://admission.ueh.edu.ht. You must enter the payment number and upload the payment slip during registration;

• Specify "Master en Analyse des Politiques Publiques";

• Print the online registration slip;

• Report to the Dean's Office of the Faculty of Law and Economic Sciences (FDSE) to have your program registration validated;

C. Documents required for validation :

• Two (2) recent passport-sized photos (taken within the last 6 months); (Write your full name, phone number, and NINU on the back of each photo);

• Registration form;

• Proof of identity (National ID Card);

• Deposit slip confirming payment of the registration fee;

• Bachelor’s degree (original and copy) or a certificate of degree completion if the diploma is not yet available;

• Undergraduate academic transcripts;

• Letter of motivation;

• Up-to-date Curriculum Vitae;

• Letter of recommendation.

D. Program Admission :

To be admitted to the program, applicants must:

• Have a complete application file;

• Agree to the program regulations.

IMPORTANT : Tuition fees are one hundred and thirty thousand Gourdes (130,000) for the year.

Reminder : No exceptions or refunds will be granted for the following reasons: lateness, failure to meet admission requirements and/or registration steps, or payments made to a different bank or account;
