On Wednesday, November 4th, 2026, Emmanuel Ménard, the Minister of Communication, launched the weekly program "Governmental Podium" (Governmental Podium).

This new institutional communication platform aims to increase the visibility of government action, improve the flow of public information, and strengthen the relationship between the government and the general public.

This initiative, spearheaded by Lucien Jura, Secretary of State for Communication, aligns with the directives of Prime Minister Fils-Aimé, which seek to revitalize public communication. Supported by the Ministry of Communication, the program will enable citizens to gain a better understanding of the initiatives undertaken by public authorities.

For the premiere of "Governmental Podium" the featured guest was Kathia Verdier, Minister for Haitians Living Abroad (MHAVE). She presented the key achievements of her ministry and highlighted issues concerning the Haitian diaspora.

The inaugural episode of "Governmental Podium" included a guest profile, a documentary reviewing the achievements of the MHAVE under Minister Verdier’s leadership, a news segment, and a humorous interlude, all designed to address the public's need for official information.
