The International Book Fair of Quebec will be held from April 11 to 15, 2012 under the Presidency of honor for the third time [in 2004 and 2010] of the Haitian writer Dany Laferrière. The show, which expects more than 60,000 visitors, will host this year 9 Haitian writers. Happy and proud that Haitian literature takes a lot of space at the the International Book Fair of Quebec, Dany Laferrière declared "Without this literature that comes from the Third World, the literature would shrink as a trickle..."
