But, the Assembly to which I address President, has set up a Commission to work on members of the Government and this Assembly has set up a second Commission to review the case of the Prime Minister-designate, with as prime objective the first paragraph which says - it must be Haitian and never have renounced to its nationality -. This would mean, to end the debate, that by agreeing to entrust the task of examining the case of Mr. Lamothe to this Commission, the Assembly, without having said [explicitly], has divested the first Commission of case of Mr. Lamothe.
