The Office of Communication of the Presidency has just informed us that the treating physicians of President Michel Martelly, have proceeded yesterday Tuesday, April 17, 2012, to other medical and paramedical exams which confirm the good evolution the patient and that the health status of the President is always stable.

In addition, the Office wishes to clarify that President Michel Joseph Martelly is in constant contact with members of his cabinet and those of the Government to ensure the continuity of the ongoing dossiers.

"I am better now and I am in contact with the government team and members of my Cabinet so that everything continues to function normally. I continue to work with them for the effective functioning of government. I thank the Haitian people for their support and send to it a message of peace," declared the President Martelly.
