Following the agreement signed in March in Santo Domingo by the Presidents Leonel Fernández and Michel Martelly, a binational workshop of coordination for the cooperation, will begin tomorrow, Monday, at the Hilton Hotel in the capital of the Dominican Republic.

The objective of this workshop, is to strengthen and deepen the bilateral cooperation, in a context of strengthening of the coordination and of the harmonization, to be integrated by both countries in their national development plans.

Will be present during the two days of this workshop : Jude Hervey Day, Haitian Minister of Planning and External Cooperation, Temistocles Montas, Minister of Economy and Planning of the Dominican Republic, accompanied by representatives of the binational cooperation programs, the two countries' ambassadors and representatives of the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) of the two Nations.

I will be discussed during these two days, among other : of investment, tourism, transport and border security.
