The U.S. government stands ready to partner together with the Prime Minister and his cabinet to meet the urgent challenges that Haiti faces.

Political stability in Haiti is critical to the Haitian people and the country’s ability to attract the domestic and foreign investments to create jobs and increase economic development. We hope that the President, the Prime Minister, and the Parliament move quickly to approve a government that is able to build the future that all Haitians desire.
