In a presidential decree published in the official newspaper "Le Moniteur" dated Thursday, May 17, 2012, 6 new Directors General and 2 Deputy Directors have been appointed within the Haitian public administration...

Mr. Bernier Sylvain was appointed Director General and Gamal Augustin was appointed Deputy Director of Radio and Television National of Haiti (RTNH). Mr. Sylvain was already at the head of the National Radio of Haiti (RNH) and replaces the Director Pradel Henriquez in post since 2006 to the TNH.

Mr. Emmanuel Piard is appointed Director of the National Center for Geospatial Information (CNIGS).

Mr. Alix Célestin replaces Evens Charles to the General Directorate of National Port Authority (APN).

Mr. Lionel Duvalsaint is appointed Director General of the National Directorate of Water and Sanitation (DINEPA).

Mr. Luckner Remarais Director General of the Bureau of Mines and Energy, replaces the engineer Dieuseul Anglade to this post.

Mr. Fresnel Jean-Baptiste is appointed Director General of the General Administration of Customs (AGD) and Clovis Noel as Deputy Director General.
