Haiti - Politic : The President Martelly appoint a woman to the direction of CEP

Pending the establishment of the Permanent Electoral Council, after the publication of the amended Constitution in the Official Gazette "Le Moniteur", the President Michel Martelly announced Tuesday the appointment of Ms. Gabrielle Yacinthe [Current President of the Municipal Board of Port-au Prince] as General Director of the CEP.
The decree of appointment should be published in the Official Gazette, this Wednesday.
