Haiti - Economy : Business mission of the Consulate General of Haiti in Montreal

As part of the business diplomacy advocated by the Prime Minister also Foreign Minister of Foreign Affairs, Laurent Lamothe, Mr. Justin Viard, the Consul General of Haiti in Montreal, accompanies a business mission in Haiti, composed of representatives of the multinational company SNC-Lavalin, from 9 to 12 July 2012.

The main objective of this mission is to study in depth some business opportunities, to strengthen ties and the presence of SNC-Lavalin in Haiti to meet the major challenges of the reconstruction.

SNC-Lavalin, whose headquarters in Canada is in Montreal (QC) is a leader at the global level, in the field of engineering and construction. It participated in the development of other countries around the world, particularly in the infrastructure sector.
