Under the new Government Martelly-Lamothe, the appointment of new directors in ministries, continues at a steady pace. Monday, Wilson Laleau, the Minister of Commerce has proceeded to the installation of 3 Directors and this Tuesday, Thierry Mayard-Paul, the Minister of the Interior will proceed to the appointment of 2 new directors.

Ministry of Commerce :

Monday, Wilson Laleau, the Minister of Commerce and Industry (MCI), by Presidential Orders dated May 25, 14 and 22 June 2012, has proceeded to the installation of three new Directors General, they are :

Mr. Luc Espéca, appointed Director General of the Ministry of Commerce [replaces Pierre André Dunba]

Me. Rode Préval, appointed Director General of Free Zones (decentralized management) [replaces Jean Alix Hecdivert]

Ms. Régine Godefroy, appointed Director General of the Post Office of Haiti (OPH) (Organization under guardianship).

Ministry of Interior and Local Authorities :

This Tuesday at 11:00 am, Thierry Mayard-Paul, the Minister of Interior and Local Authorities, should proceed to the installation of two new directors, they are :

Mrs. Hilda Baker Valles, appointed Director General of the Ministry (Presidential Order dated June 25, 2012) [replaces Mr. Paul-Harry Voltaire].

Mr. Daguy Silvestre, appointed Deputy Director General of the Ministry
