Haiti - Culture : Workshop on the techniques of vocal expression
Taking advantage of his visit to Haiti, Pierre Gardy Fontaine, the Haitian singer of Opera and Gospel [Lyric baritone], will present a vocal workshop and a "master class" on the techniques of vocal expression. This single session will be held this Saturday, July 21, 2012 from 9:00 am to noon at the Methodist Church (New College Bird) on the street of the Enterrement to Port-au-Prince.

On this occasion, Pierre Gardy Fontaine, will share with participants some recipes in order to improve his important instrument that is the voice, such as the maintaining of vocal health, abdominal breathing and the presentation and performance.

Masters of groups or choirs, singers and choristers evangelicals are invited to take part in this practical session. Admission is free but punctuality is required. This initiative is supported by "Publi-Media CD and DVD factory" and the Foundation Lorquet.

Learn more about Pierre Gardy Fontaine :
Pierre Gardy Fontaine, studied voice at the (Longy School of Music in Cambridge, Massachusetts. He produced his first album entitled "Oh Glory" with the accompaniment of the great Japanese pianist, Noriko Yasuda and of American keyboard player Elder Hu White. He lives in Boston, USA, for a little over twenty years.
