The Executive Council of the State University of Haiti (UEH) notify the applicants that the registrations for the 11 entities of Port-au-Prince and for the Campus Henry Christophe of Limonade will be held from August 6 to September 7, 2012.

Applicants must pay the registration fee in any branch of SOGEBANK on behalf of the current account UEH/ DEMANDE D’ADMISSION, to Account No. 706054558, and then fill an online registration form www.ueh.edu.ht/admission and file the documents required under yellow envelope size 9X12 to the secretariat of the selected entities between 8:30 and 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday from the the publication of results of the Baccalaureate. Applicants have the right to to register in three entities, the fees charged are 500 gourdes per entity.

Documents required :

• Tax Identification Number (NIF) or National Identification Card (CIN)

• Original and photocopy of birth certificate or Extract from the Archives

• One (1) photo ID for each registration form + photo ID for the administration

• Certificates of completion of secondary education (Bac I and II)

• Deposit slip from the SOGEBANK

Note :

• A complete application is required for each entry

• The applicant should put on the envelope of each registration : First & last names, telephone number, File number assigned online, e-mail address and the chosen faculty.

• The applicant must write on the back of each picture full name and file number.

• The candidate who pass the entrance examination, must necessarily produce the extract of archives, the certificate of good conduct from the last institution attended, the vaccination certificate.

• The candidate who pass the entrance examination of more than one (1) faculty will have to choose one (1). It is categorically forbidden to take courses in several entities simultaneously.

• No consideration or repaying for : the latecomer, the case of loss, or payment to another bank.
