The Minister of Communications Mr. Ady Jean Gardy, submitted to the Government this morning, the full text of the Constitution of 1987 as amended,after having merged the Amendments published in the journal Le Moniteur No. 96, in a extraordinary edition dated Tuesday, June 19, 2012 and the original Constitution published March 19, 1987.

The Minister has thus fill an important gap, allowing a more direct communication between the two texts that have been harmonized into a single document, after of agglutinations remarkable of technical nature at the level of new articles and those who were retained or rejected.

In addition, he proposed to the Government to submit this work to the Proofreading committee of both chambers in order to obtain a final visa for the enactment, which would allow to obtain previously a Parliamentary Act.

After this formality, the President of the Republic be able to issue a Writ of Execution, bearing the seal of the Republic, for publication in the official newspaper, Le Moniteur, in accordance with Article 125 of the Constitution, according to the Minister of Communication, Ady Jean Gardy which states that the full text of the amended Constitution is finally ready, without any delay.
