Haiti, like the rest of the world needs a "new spiritual springtime" has considered Mgr Saturné, Bishop of Jacmel, who was speaking this week at the 13th General Congregation of the Synod. Because, added the Bishop of Jacmel, "the reconstruction and the construction of physical buildings is not enough, we must rebuild the Haitian people."
