Me Lucman Délille, the Government Commissioner of the prosecution of Port-au-Prince on Monday have confirmed having made several arrests this weekend in the area of the international airport, in two operations conducted by the National Police of Haiti (PNH) "[...] With the support of citizens in relation to the phone number that I had given [48 90 39 83], we obtained a lot of information [...] the first operation we made in the area of the airport, we arrested 3 alleged kidnappers, they are Pardieu Jean Martin, Alexandre Renaud, Lexi Tertilien, accused to have kidnapped 3 people in September, coming from United States, [...] after negotiations these men have received U.S. $80,000 and killed their hostages [...] there is also an individual involved in this case, Dadi Lacroix, an accomplice, who is currently in Boston, a procedure Interpol is already started to apprehend and extradite him to Haiti [...]

We conducted a second operation, we made a big crackdown and captured two dangerous Gang leaders, specialized in kidnapping, they are Baptiste Mackendy aka Ti Roro [a prison escapee] and Saintil Petit Frère, this is a crackdown that the PNH made, thanks to the citizen mobilization and we ask citizens to continue to work with us [...] to end this criminal situation in the country [...]"

In addition, the Commissioner Kesnel Pierre, Departmental Director North confirms that the PNH has proceeded Friday, in Cap-Haïtien, following clashes between two rival gangs, to the arrest of twenty individuals accused of various crimes and misdeeds. These individuals were brought before a judge for legal suites.
