Rehabilitation work undertaken recently to the sub-station Toussaint Brave to increase its capacity to 30 MVA, in accordance with the Action Plan of the EDH (2012-2013), which aims to modernize, rehabilitate the substations and increase their distribution capacity, continue.

Consequently, the General Directorate of Electricity of Haiti (EDH), notify the inhabitants of Avenue Christophe, Pacot, Turgeau, Immigration Service, Street Ducoste, Street St Cyr, Street Pican, that they will be deprived of electricity Saturday, December 8, 2012 from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm.

The EDH also wishes to inform residents of Avenue N extended, that because of work, the road to the sub-station will be closed Friday, December 7, 2012, between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm and Saturday, December 8, 2012 from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm.

The Directorate General of the EDH renews its commitment to the Haitian people and its determination to work to strengthen the grid, while relying on its patience and collaboration.
