Haiti - Tourism : Professional training in hospitality in Barbados
As part of the support in continuous training to its members, the Tourist Association of Haiti (ATH) has joined the CDB (Caribbean Developpment Bank), to allow 8 Haitian nationals [Nathalie Pierre, Martine Charles, Jean-Will Elizer, France Euphonise Vixamar, Emmanuel Girault Carl Jr., Pascale Marie-Josée Saint-Fleur, Steeve Delva and Ronald Bonne-Anné], to attend internships in professional training of 3 weeks in Barbados.

Participants who have benefited from this program are employees five hotels members of the ATH : Karibe, Kinam, Le Plaza, Montana and the Visa Lodge. 6 of them have completed their internship at Crane Residential Resort and 2 to Accra Beach Hotel and Spa of establishments of great standing in Barbados, where they followed training in Front Desk Operations and Food and Management.

Please note that this initiative is one of the activities organized by the ATH, in the development of human resources in order to meet needs of its members in areas such as promotion, administration, the various technical services that can improve the structure of their businesses and the quality of services offered to customers.

The ATH take this opportunity to thank the CBD, BHTA, Accra Beach and Hotel Spa and Crane Residential Resort, for all the support given to the delegates of Tourism of Haiti.
