rime Minister of Antigua and Barbuda, Dr Baldwin Spencer, will arrive in Haiti this morning [9:20 am at Toussaint Louverture International Airport] for a 48-hour visit.

This Tuesday, the President Martelly and Prime Minister of Antigua and Barbuda, will have discussions at the National Palace on the issues discussed on the sidelines of the 33rd meeting of Heads of State and Government of CARICOM, held in Saint Lucia last 4 to 6 July. These include the development of bilateral relations in the field of trade, culture, tourism and education. This meeting will be followed at 11:30 am with the signing of a cooperation agreement.

On Wednesday, the Prime Minister Baldwin will travel to Lafiteau to make contact with the leaders of the factory "Les Moulins d'Haiti" and explore with them the business opportunities.
